CONTROLS --

     A and D, Arrow Keys -- Move

    Return -- Perspective Toggle

    F1 -- Help Toggle

    F2 -- Reset High Score to 0

    Escape -- Back To Menu

Default enemy spawn rate is 1/s,

After Score >= 18 the rate is updated to 0.9/s,

After Score >= 90 the rate is updated to 0.5/s (I've never made it this far)
